  Dadasaheb Homkar Nagar

Second Project with land measuring 7 Acre, Named - Dadasaheb Homkar Nagar, at Rupabhavani Road Solapur. In this project, we have Sold Combined Row Bungalows in 3 acre and well-developed NA clear title Open Plot in 4 acres.

  Homkar Gold Market

Third Project in, Homkar Gold Market, at Saraf Bazar, Solapur. of land measuring 3500 Sq. Ft, in this we have constructed 23 Shops, 3 Halls.

Fourth project, Homkar Complex, at Madhala Maruti chowk, Solapur of Land Measuring 1000Sq.ft. in this we have constructed B+3 Commercial Office space and Rented to Bank.
